Common questions
What are credits?
Credits are how video generation is paid for. Every generation shows its exact credit cost before you confirm it. Subscriptions include a monthly credit allowance, and credit packs can be purchased when you need more.
A generation failed. Do I lose the credits?
No. When a generation fails, the credits reserved for it are released back to your balance automatically. If your balance looks wrong, contact us and we can trace every credit movement on your account.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Terix Studio. You can change or cancel there at any time. Refund requests are also handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How long does a video take to generate?
Most videos are ready within a few minutes, depending on length and quality. The queue keeps running even if you close the app, and your video waits in the library when it is done.
Can I use my videos commercially?
You can save and share the videos you generate. For commercial use, review our Terms of Use, which also point to the generation provider's terms that apply to AI-generated output.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete videos from your library inside the app, and the app's settings include account and content deletion controls. You can also email us and we will delete the data associated with your account. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Why was my description rejected?
Descriptions that request illegal, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content are declined and no credits are spent. The rules are described in the Terms of Use.
