These terms govern your use of the Terix Studio iPhone app and the services behind it ("Terix Studio", "we", "us"). By using Terix Studio you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Terix Studio generates still images and short videos from the descriptions and optional reference images you submit, using third-party AI generation technology accessed through our servers. Finished output is delivered to your in-app library. We may improve, change, or discontinue features as the service evolves.
2. Eligibility
Terix Studio is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the app.
3. Credits
- Image and video generation consumes credits. The exact credit cost of a generation is shown before you confirm it.
- Credits are reserved when a generation starts. If a generation fails, the reservation is normally returned automatically, except for any portion funded by a purchase Apple has already refunded or reversed. Your Credit History records the amount actually returned.
- Each paid monthly subscription period adds the number of credits displayed at checkout. Unused subscription credits carry forward while the account exists. Credit-pack credits also remain available while the account exists.
- Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money. Deleting the account permanently forfeits its remaining credits.
- If Apple refunds or reverses a purchase, unused credits delivered by that purchase may be removed, without taking the balance below zero. Credits from that transaction that are still reserved for a generation are not reissued if the generation later fails.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
- Subscriptions and credit packs are sold through Apple and charged to your Apple account.
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the price Apple shows at checkout until you cancel. You can manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings under Subscriptions; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Upgrades, downgrades, billing, taxes, renewal timing, and price-change consent are handled by Apple under the App Store's rules.
- Refunds for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Deleting a Terix Studio account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it through Apple before deleting the account if you do not want it to renew.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Terix Studio to create or attempt to create content that:
- is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
- sexualizes or endangers minors in any way;
- harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence against any person or group;
- impersonates a real person in a misleading or harmful way, or presents AI-generated footage as authentic recordings of real events with intent to deceive;
- infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
We may decline generation requests, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Requests declined by safety checks do not consume credits. We may also cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
6. Your content and generated output
- You keep all rights you hold in the descriptions and images you submit. You grant us the limited license needed to process them for the purpose of generating your requested output and operating the service.
- You are responsible for having the necessary rights to every image you upload.
- Subject to these terms and to the AI provider's applicable terms, you may use the images and videos you generate, including for commercial purposes, at your own responsibility.
- AI-generated content may be similar to content generated for others, may contain artifacts or inaccuracies, and may have limited or no copyright protection in some jurisdictions. We make no promises about the legal status of generated output.
7. AI disclosure
All images and videos produced by Terix Studio are created by generative AI. They are synthetic media, not authentic photographs or recordings of real events. Where you share them, you are responsible for complying with disclosure rules that apply to synthetic media in your jurisdiction and on the platforms you use.
8. Availability and warranties
Terix Studio is provided "as is" and "as available". Generation depends on third-party providers and may be slow, unavailable, or imperfect at times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can stop using Terix Studio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do survive it.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and contact
